KR Strategic was formed to fill the void in providing financing solutions for small and medium sized businesses. Targeting investments as low as $500,000, we seek to assist borrowers with solving for their financing needs by structuring and closing transactions with a wide spectrum of capital providers. Smaller borrowers are typically overlooked by banks and direct lenders while online “click to borrow” options are rather limited in deal structure and underwriting criteria.
We work with prospective borrowers across the U.S. in all major industries. Financing facilities range between $500,000 and $20,000,000 with borrowers typically generating $5 million+ of annual revenue. Our financing partners run the gambit from more traditional banking institutions to direct lenders to hedge funds and are able to accommodate a wide range of deal structures.
